Not exactly, but you can create extra Sound Managers:

new Phaser.Game({
  callbacks: {
    preBoot: function (game) {
      game.music = Phaser.Sound.SoundManagerCreator.create(game);
      game.uiSound = Phaser.Sound.SoundManagerCreator.create(game);
      // That makes 3 in all (after `game.sound`)
    }
  }
