So I opted to log in with my GitHub account instead of my Patreon.
Now that I have an account I can’t link the Discourse and Patreon accounts (which don’t share an email). Sorry to complicate things, but I assume I’m not going to be the first that uses different emails for different sites.

I did the same, registered under my GitHub account instead of Patreon.
I was going to just create a new fresh account with Patreon, since I lost my badge (probably when I jumped 100% over to GitHub sponsors), but I’m getting the following error when I try to Sign up or Login with Patreon:
Sorry, there was an error authorizing your account. Please try again.
(Emails are different.)
No rush, but could I get added to the group again? Unless you sign up for another sponsorship platform, this shouldn’t happen again …

Looks like Rich hasn’t been active since last year on Discourse, so might be a wait until he sees this.
(I just checked and still can’t login via Patreon.)
I think I had luck many many many months ago on Discord, but I don’t know if that’s still an active channel; I haven’t bothered pursuing a fix since I so rarely use Discourse.
