I am an ordinary Japanese salaryman in his 50’s who has recently (re)taken up programming to maintain logical thinking. I spent my teenagers years programming games in Basic on a computer called BBC Microcomputer, which was very popular in the UK. I am engrossed in trying to re-create the “effects” of the classic arcade games of those days, like Space Invaders, Pacman and Galaxians, using Phaser framework!
