Hi @wclarkson , The button class of Phaser 2 is actually very simple. I have just rebuilt action-on-click and button-using-texture-atlas in Phaser 3.

I had not considered releasing outside the canvas, but you are right that could cause problems. My games are either full browser on mobile, or in pop-ups on desktop, so that one got by me.
