How to mute all sounds?

Hi,
i’m using cordova and i would like to mute all my sounds when i leave the application.

I have see :

game.sound.mute = true

but it doesn’t make any effect ! In my game and also in other web pages.

What’s the proper soluce to make that ?

This should work. Did you check where you put game.sound.mute = true; ?
