After 20 years of web dev I decided to give a bit of game dev a try so decided to start with phaser js. Been pretty fun and easy to work with. Looking forward to make more games soon.

ha, thx, I was going for the traditional look.
Have you played original minesweeper? The trick is that you never lose on your first click, because set-up happens on your first click.
Unfortunately, I lost your game on the first click, two times in the row. That is not fun.
Ha, yea, I guess not in a while, was just kind of just going from memory as a test run with phaser for my first game. Good catch though, I’ll get that in soon. Actually, I need to also figure out a better way to distribute the mines as they seem to get clumped up a bit too much on the higher difficulty levels.
The game looks great. I noticed that I got up from my desk in the middle of a game and when I came back, the timer was blank. Maybe it rolled over to four digits?
yea, seems like an overflow issue, thx for letting me know. Just pushed up a fix along with some other updates for better gameplay.
