Hi folks,
I had great fun building with my kids an arcade shooter based on Phaser!
Wonder if anybody else is around, who wants to exchange some experiences!

Awesome share! With the new AI tooling it definitely makes it easier to get started with ideas and to bring them to life, and building a game with your kids is just amazing.
I did a similar thing last year for a game jam. My kids were very curious as to what I was doing (making a puzzle game at the time), and they really wanted to help build levels. For the project, I was using Tiled, but I worked with them on how we could build the levels, and they had a blast, and loved showing every body when we had someone try the game, that “this” was the level they built.
Thanks again for the share!
This is such a nice example of how game development becomes really meaningful when shared with kids. I like how both of you approached it in a hands-on way, especially letting them contribute creatively instead of just observing. It actually reminds me how we often think in terms of single “numbers” or labels when building systems, but for kids it’s usually more about understanding growth and progression in a broader way. Experiences like this make the learning process feel very natural and engaging rather than technical.
