The "Top Down Car Body" exemple do not turn?

Hello,

I am trying to use the “Top Down Car Body” Phaser 3 Exemple :

But on this demo the car does not turn.
Am i missing something ? Or the demo is broken ?

2 years later this issue is still no fixed. Does anyone maintain these examples?
