Are adult games allowed in the phaser?
I don’t know… are they allowed in javascript?

Phaser is a framework for making javascript games, not a platform for distributing them. Nobody could prevent you from programming anything. A problem might arise if you want to place your game at certain places. But that doesn’t have anything to do with phaser.
Edit: Unless you are asking if you can place your game in the Phaser discourse showcase. I guess, adult games are no problem here (or are they?)
