Gameobjectdown/touch/click sometimes are not detected

I already upload a short clip here https://imgur.com/GChymAt (just 10 second)
look at sec 7, object are clicked but nothing happen. on the right side, there are a log to detect “gameobjectdown”, “touch ****”

This bug sometimes happens

I got complained by player about this. is there any way to fix this?

Tested Firefox & chrome win 10

I put console.log on top, and it’s not even called. so, is this listener problem or a weird side of javascript itself?
