How to import Shadertoy to Phaser 3?

Hello,

I’m trying to import this shader from Shadertoy.

Is this possible? I tried using this method, though had no luck.

Simple conversion of the shader code would be great. However, I would also like an explanation/walkthrough so others could do it aswell.
