How to shoot bullets

Hi guy!
I am making a new game where I press space to shoot a laser/bullet, but I don’t know how to set that up and I couldn’t find anything useful on the web. If anyone could help, that would be awesome.

Just create a new bullet sprite when you fire, and give it a velocity.
