Matching positions of Spine 2d animation and a static asset (first frame)

Hello guys,

This is my first post here, but I am following Phaser’s forum for quite a while. I am not a developer, but a multimedia designer. In our company we are using Phaser 3 as a game engine and Spine 2d for motion graphics. I am responsible for the animations in the games. Unfortunately when exporting into Jason it is always hard to match pivots of the graphics inside Phaser. I have a static image, that is the first frame of the actual animation and we have to play the Spine animation on top of it, but there are always some discrepancies and I have to adjust position manually in Spine and reexport. Is there a better workflow that I could follow?
