I’m new to the community and just recently learned some stuff about JavaScript.
I just want to ask if Phaser 3 or Phase CE still supports old browser versions? Specifically Firefox 52 (ESR)?
I want to to try out and practice my coding skills, as well as game development during my spare time at our office. However, the workstation PCs are still on Windows XP and is using Firefox ESR 52.
So, I wanna know if it’s possible to make HTML5 games on the setup I have.
I can confirm, it works just fine in old versions of Firefox from atleast 56. I develop games for very cheap mobile devices and it runs on an old build of Mozilla.
Thank you, I was also able to confirm that it works on the version of Firefox that we have by running the hellophaser files from the tutorial, earlier.
Don’t know about other Phaser functions and methods, but I’ll see it moving forward.
