[Phaser III] ELIMINATION - a simple word game about eliminating letters

Hello everyone,
I have just launched my first Phaser 3 mobile game called ELIMINATION. The game was originally developed for GameZanga (an Arabic game jam) about minimalism. ELIMINATION is out on Browsers, iOS, and Android devices. This game is dedicated to my boyfriend Christopher who loves word games. The game levels are all procedurally generated using a variant of Genetic Algorithm called FI2Pop.

I’m curious how you support other languages??
I’ve read this article referenced in Phaser III Game Design and it suggests that you are targeting selected niche of 25% of all on the Internet.

I just need to change the dictionaries and run the generation again. But it will only work with languages that are letter based I think.

That was great fun! Although I had absolutely no idea what I was doing until I read the help screen :slight_smile: (it should have forced me to read it imho!)

I got quite a few attempts wrong because I couldn’t tell the difference between the letters in the font. For example I thought this was a valid word (CUTE):

But I think it’s actually a G?

I am glad you liked it, The letters have to be in order. that’s a “C” it is not in order of “CUTE”. I was trying to teach using the unread tutorial, the first 5 words (which I gave them a long time).

Ohh… I didn’t realise they had to be in order. See, I’m terrible with instructions, need real kicks as I play :slight_smile:
