Want to create simple 3d first person Dungeon crawl

Guys Im wanting to build a super simple first person dungeon crawler, ala Bards Tale, Wizardry etc - can anyone point me to any tutorials or demos that demonstrate something like this? Im mainly concerned with drawing the walls of the map.
Worst case scenario I feel like I could just show static images of where they are standing in the dungeon but I was hoping to make it a little more interactive.
