[Phaser 3] Bubble Shooter example/template

The coronavirus felt like a fitting theme for a bubble shooter game and I had never made one of those before so I gave it a try :smile:

This uses Phaser 3 and TypeScript. I will probably try my hand at some nicer looking visuals :sweat_smile:

I did plan to and it is theoretically still planned but I don’t know exactly when. Good to know that you are interested in it!
