Problem with Chrome or Brave browser in macOs Catalina

As you can see in the video, the aspect ratio of the Phaser 3 canvas changes randomly every time the page is loaded.
This with Chrome or Brave in Catalina on Mac
What can it be?

I saw that briefly in Chrome a while back, but not lately. I assume it was some weird browser bug.

I tried using Panda 2 and didn’t find that problem.
It only does it with Phaser 3

I think Panda 2 doesn’t use WebGL by default.

so would it be a Chrome problem with the webgl?

That’s my guess, but I don’t know.
