It’s really worth it!
(the GitBook link is temporary and will be moved to our new site later)
I’m finishing the step-by-step guide to help you set up and customize your project. After that, I’ll dive deeper into each part to show the platform full potential!
New updates on the platform! 2025 Updates! - Reldens
1 Like
Hello everyone! I’m still alive and I’m here with some good updates!
Recently pushed updates on almost every @reldens package, the only one that still needs a small fix is the @reldens/skills (which is the only thing stopping the last beta release).
I’ve pushed the latest version of the tile map generator on NPM which includes all the fixes, dungeon generation and tons of other new options for areas generation, walls, etc.
What’s next?
I’m going to create a page for the Tile Map Generator to run as stand alone feature, so you can use it from the web for free.
In the same way I had the Tile Map Optimizer: Tiled Map Optimizer - Reldens
I will create a small video to introduce the map generator and serve it as tutorial (this will be my first video in a long time).
I will publish Reldens beta.39: Pull requests · damian-pastorini/reldens · GitHub which includes no less than 60 tasks (between bug fixes, core changes and new features), visible in the project board Reldens · GitHub
I will get back into the game development, with the latest fixes and updates the progress should be fast.
As soon I get a small version of it, I will start creating video tutorials for Reldens itself, from installation to customization, and will do it using the game as base so you can see real results.
As always feel free to join me on the dev-chat channel (Discord) for the daily progress (though the last weeks the progress has been quite slow).
And stay tunned for more updates soon!
Hey everyone! The new Tile Map Generator App is up and running!
With this tool, you can create game maps super easily, though I’ll admit there are so many options it might be a bit tricky at first, but I’ll be creating some video tutorials next week to help you get started.
You can use it three ways:
Make as many maps as you want!
Give it a try and let me know what you think, I hope you like it, as always feedback will be welcome and really appreciated!
